Domestic delivery

Delivery depends on product category, perishability, stock location, packaging readiness, seller acceptance, buyer address serviceability, carrier availability, weather, regional restrictions and payment confirmation.

Roles and responsibilities

Export shipments

Export shipments may require IEC, buyer documents, invoices, packing lists, inspection certificates, customs coordination and carrier/container availability. GARUDAYA export support is coordination/advisory unless a separate written logistics contract states otherwise.

Official contact and notices

Questions about shipping & delivery policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information.
