Reporting infringement

Send copyright complaints to legal@garudaya.in with ownership proof, URLs, screenshots, a good-faith statement and contact details. GARUDAYA may request additional documentation before action.

Takedown handling

GARUDAYA may remove or disable disputed content while reviewing ownership and authorization. Repeat infringement may result in account restrictions.

False claims

Submitting knowingly false copyright complaints may create legal liability and may result in account action.

Official contact and notices

Questions about copyright policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information.
