How to raise a grievance
Send the complaint to support@garudaya.in or legal@garudaya.in with account email, order/service/application ID, issue summary, supporting evidence and desired resolution.
Resolution workflow

Questions about grievance redressal policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information.
