GARUDAYA materials

GARUDAYA names, logos, designs, platform UI, service descriptions, documentation and proprietary workflows may not be copied, modified or used to imply endorsement without written permission.

User content license

Users grant GARUDAYA a limited license to host, process, display and transmit submitted content as needed to operate listings, profiles, orders, support, KYC and service workflows.

Third-party rights

Users must not upload product images, certificates, trademarks, packaging, manuals or documents that infringe third-party rights.

Official contact and notices

Questions about intellectual property policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information.
