Allowed use

Use GARUDAYA for lawful agriculture, marketplace, service, support, export-readiness and business-compliance purposes aligned with your verified role.

Prohibited use

• Illegal products, counterfeit documents, deceptive listings or fraudulent payments.
• Harassment, hate, abuse, spam, phishing or impersonation.
• Malware uploads, credential theft, scraping, rate-limit evasion or attacks.
• False organic, quality, origin, tax, license or export claims.

Enforcement

GARUDAYA may remove content, restrict accounts, hold transactions for review, report unlawful activity or preserve audit records where required.

Official contact and notices

Questions about acceptable use policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information.
