1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Garudaya Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Garudaya corporate portal and services.

2. Multivendor Commerce Platform Usage & Fees

Registration and product listing on the Garudaya Multivendor Commerce Platform requires a nominal, transparent service and subscription fee of ₹109. This fee covers digital infrastructure, platform maintenance, and basic legal compliance checks. By subscribing, you agree to abide by our direct-to-consumer and B2B selling guidelines.

3. B2B & Commercial Operations

Transactions conducted through Garudaya Agro Industries, Garudaya Infosoft, and all other operating subsidiaries are governed by specific commercial contracts. In the event of a conflict, the specific commercial contract shall prevail. We act strictly to eliminate middlemen and facilitate direct transparent trade.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, software, website designs, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by Garudaya Private Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Garudaya Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
