Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

Garudaya Logistics and Garudaya Global manage the fulfillment and transit of our physical goods. We are committed to maintaining an efficient, transparent, and secure supply chain.

2. Domestic Operations (India)

Standard agricultural and commercial deliveries within India are processed within 3-5 business days. First-mile agricultural pickups are coordinated directly with verified farm partners via the Garudaya Agro Platform.

3. International Shipping & Global Trade

International exports (managed by Garudaya Exports and Garudaya Global) are subject to global freight schedules, customs clearance, and international maritime laws.

Incoterms: Unless otherwise specified in the B2B contract, all international trades are executed under standard Incoterms 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF).
Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country.

4. Tracking and Support
